Lonely day… I am at my condo for the whole day and still am while blogging now… Thought the contractor was coming at 10am…But instead… They came at 6pm… Shit… The sun was so strong… perfect for a swim.. and I was waiting in the damn house… What crap… I only went swimming at 11.40am when dad called them and they say they would come at 5… Shit… Went down for a swim but there was hardly any sun… What a waste of time… When the sky turned dark… Just above this area… Not the others… I went to the sauna… When I came out of it… The sun is there… Damn it… Didn’t swim again though… Wanted to wait till KJ, Ben and Ryan go… So I went home and waited…. I quickly went over to the Cold Storage at the Rail Mall and got some chips and water in case they needed it… But they didn’t come until almost 3… So the chips were half finish by then… And they didn’t take much… Don’t know why… Oh my god…Waste.. Bet Renhao could have finish that packet of Lays in 5 minutes… HAHA… We only did some of the COMs and Ben was whining about no activity… Then we started playing Liero… Rocker… Everyone was so addicted to kill Ben off… No one stopped even when the contractors were doing their job and my laptop was near the window… KJ and Ryan went on to play Liero Extreme and both were too eager to play and did not want to leave… Poor Ben was asking everyone to go but no one bothered with him… When they finally left.. Its already about 7+…

Now I’m left here all alone with nothing to do but at least there is net for me to use.. But those at home have only cable to watch..HAHA… No Mapleshit for them…

According to the ST… These software posing as genuine products- mostly Microsoft and Symantec- have emerged in the market… They are mostly sold online, in auctions… They sell much lower than the genuine products but alot higher than the low-end pirates.. Please do not be taken in by the prices… If you have brought a fake Microsoft product that resembles the real product… Call Microsoft immediately.. You may get the original one FOC from Microsoft if you produce the receipt and the fake software…

Wanted to blog this earlier but somehow forgot… Anyway I saw many McAffee sold on auctions too… Think they are fakes as McAffee aren’t so cheap…

The paraphrasing and summarizing quiz today was kind of crappy… Anyway.. I finished damn early… If not for the announcements… A 5 minutes one… I would have left almost an hour before the end of lessons… Maths as usual was boring.. I did the discussion for tomorrow for KJ so they could take down my points if they want to…The 2 hours was tiring me out… Wishing I had gone earlier like Tara and KY.. I borrowed the Ngage from KJ… Sadly… No Sims.. And the new games suck… After lesson.. We went for lunch at megabites… Food was not very good… And I am now very sure of my theory that most of megabites’s asian cuisine are no good… The foodcourt is way better… But the western cuisine rules… After lunch.. I didn’t feel like going home.. So I went to play pool with Hans instead…We had a terrible game as I was lousy… And the game lasted damn long… Hans played with another guy the next game… Great game that was… I think Hans won… Forgot… STM again… After that we played foosball with Ryan and *****… We trashed them… I wanted to leave after that.. But just as I went out of the room.. I realized that the time was almost up for KJ and Elton’s UGC class.. So I decided to wait… Just before their class ended.. Hans asked me for another game and I won that game… Slight margin though… Needed some warming up from the first game…We left SIM after that… When we stepped out into the “sun”… The rain started falling… After just 2 metres.. Lightning and thunder strikes and the rain started falling heavily… We ran to the bus stop just metres away.. KJ and I did a survey before I boarded the bus to BP… At BP.. I boarded 180 home… Just as I stepped onto the bus… The rain which had stopped for the whole time I am waiting for the bus…… Rattled on the roof of the bus… Argh! What a bad day…

I installed all the programs for my newly formatted laptop when I got home… A word of advice.. Store basic programs that are downloaded on another partition or external hard disk…

I also downloaded the Firefox 1.5 Beta today… No visible difference… The only new function I tried was to clear the privacy settings using keyboard shortcuts… But anyway.. If you have to download files or look for cheats on unreliable websites.. Use Firefox… And don’t end up like me having to restore my laptop…

Alright… Just found out that tags can’t be posted… I mean the board.. Blogger doesn’t accept the script.. So I copied the messages…

COM 101 was terrible today… We had a quiz and I think I’m gonna score 0 for it… First time in my UB history… What stupid questions! Forget about that.. Jillian was kind of jealous today that I did not lend her my laptop but lent it to Ka Yee… Too bad for you… Never mind about that… Me and Kai Jie lost a game of foosball to Ben and Elton.. But me and Ben won the game of pool against Kai Jie and Elton… I went out of the games room later to find that KY had gone away and left my phone, wallet and laptop at the sofa outside… Hmm.. As irresponsible as Jillian…

The consultation today for ESL 408 was quite fun… We were talking about Lithology and Paleolithic & Neolithic during the whole consultation somehow due to Hans and me… Veeron was quite interested to know what is Stone and somehow got the idea though we did not tell her anything… Sabrina also seem to know about Stone’s anxiety problem… And she was describing the way Stone talks to Tara during the discussion time… Fun lesson that was…
